Incorrect Sizing: Please measure your nails carefully using the sizing nail set prior to placing any orders for nail sets. We are not responsible for sets that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided.
Change of mind: Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Custom Color/Design Requests: Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting, but all sets are made to match your specified choices as closely as possible.
Proper Prep and Application: Customers are responsible for following proper preparation, application, and safe removal practices. We are not responsible for any damage to natural nails, irritation, reactions or bacterial infections.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong set due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
